WHAT WE OFFER IS UNIQUE
Full day trek = $200
Two days one night = $500
Three days two nights = $800
Four days three nights = $1,100
Five days four nights = $1,400
Six days five nights = $1,700
Ten days nine nights journey = $3,500

BOOKING CONDITIONS
No deposit is necessary for an individual that
books our full day, two, or three day treks. We require
a 20% deposit for any multi-day group bookings and all ten day bookings.
These bookings are accepted by Western Ranges Horsetreks (the operator)
upon the payment of a deposit.
Payment in full is required on the morning of departure at the trekking
centre for all treks departing from the Baton valley. We have no
credit card facilities & the closest bank is an hours drive
away so please come prepared! Payment in full is required no later
than 21 days before departure of our ten day trek which departs
from Top House, St Arnaud.
CANCELLATIONS
There is a NZ$50 administration fee on cancellations
of our muliday treks
A refund of monies paid less the administration fee is available
on the following basis. If notice is received :
60 -30 days prior to trek departure - 70% refund
30 -10 days prior to trek departure - 50% refund
Within 10 days of departure - No refund
Once a trek has departed no portion of the payment is refundable
in the event of an individual being unable to proceed further,
for whatever reason
As we are not a GST registered business there is no GST payable
by clients.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS BY US
If we are forced to cancel as a result of
unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control we offer
a full refund of all monies paid. If it is necessary to make significant
change or cancel before departure, we will advise you as soon as
possible. We regret we cannot pay any costs or expenses or losses
you may incur as a result of any change or cancellation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients bookings are accepted on the understanding
that they appreciate the possible risks inherent in adventure travel
specifically on and around horses, and that they undertake our tours
at their own volition.
The operator places extreme importance on the safety
of its clients. However it is important that clients realise that
they are responsible for making themselves aware of the risks involved
and are responsible for making their decisions accordingly. Clients agree to accept the authority
and decisions of the operators employees, tour leaders and agents
whilst on tour with the operator. If in the opinion of such a person
the health or conduct of a client at any time before or after departure
appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable or happy progress
of the tour the client may be excluded from all or part of the tour.
The operator reserves the right to alter any itinerary at any time.
The client acknowledges and accepts that although the operator does
hold various insurances this booking condition states that the client
must assume he/she is not covered by any insurance policy the operator
may hold, including all liability insurance for death, injury, damage
or any other loss.
The operator advises clients to obtain adequate medical / travel
insurance
The client when signing the registration form (which incorporates
these terms) on the day of departure confirms that he/she is
fully aware of and accepts these conditions. Parent or legal
guardian must sign for anyone under 18 years of age.
